    工器具：标准金属测试块（Fe=1.5mm；非Fe=2.0mm）

    程序：
    译：Procedures:
    1. 用金属探测仪空气过滤器底部的黑色旋钮，将残余水份排除。
    译：Use the black knob on the bottom of air filter of metal detector to remove the residual moisture;
    2. 检查空气压力是否满足需要，压力范围6-8公斤，关闭压缩空气管道球阀。
    译：Check whether air pressure meets the requirements. Pressure range is 6-8kg. Shut off the ball valve on compressed air pipeline;
    3.用一只手向上推起快速接头的卡环，另一只手将快速接头用力向上顶，并放下卡环，用手旋转卡环，确保卡环已到位。
    译：Use one hand to quickly boost up the clip ring of quick adaptor. Use the other hand to firmly squeeze upward the quick adaptor, and lay down the clip ring. Rotate the clip ring to ensure it is in place;
    4. 开启压缩空气管道球阀。接通电源；启动电源按键，试动转，检查运转是否正常
    译：Turn on the ball valve on compressed air pipeline. Switch on the power supply; start up the press button of power supply for trial running to check whether running is normal;
    5. 每次生产前对金属探测仪进行灵敏度矫正，用模拟试块测试探测仪工作是否正常，反映是否灵敏，将检测结果记录在《金属探测仪检测记录表》内
    译：Before each production, sensitivity rectification is done for metal detector. Use simulation testing block to test whether the detector operates normally, and whether its response is sensitive. The testing results are written into Record Chart for Testing of Metal Detector;
    6. 经测试仪器工作正常无问题后，方可进行生产
    译：Only after the detector is tested and no problem is found, can production begin;
    7.在正常生产过程中每隔20分钟用标准试块测试一次
    译：In the normal production process, the detector is tested once every 20 minutes with standard testing block;
    8. 检查金属探测仪的摇臂是否动作，反映是否灵敏，时间差是否合理
    Check whether the swinging arm of metal detector acts, whether its response is sensitive, and whether time difference is reasonable;
    9. 检查气压是否正常，试块是否恰好落入接料盒内
    Check whether air pressure is normal, and whether the testing block exactly falls into receiving box;
