    译："Accounts" means the [audited consolidated balance sheet] of [the PRC Company] as at the Accounting Date and the [audited consolidated profit and loss account] of [the PRC Company] in respect of the financial year ended on the Accounting Date together with the notes thereto;
    “分支机构”：公司的分支机构指的是此公司的任何子公司或控股公司，或此公司的控股公司的任何子公司；

    “协议”指的是可根据第20.5条的约定，必要时进行变更或修改的协议；
    译："Agreement" means this Agreement as varied or amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Clause 20.5;

    “债券持有人”指的是目前作为第一期债券和/或第二期债券的记名持有人；
    译："Bondholder" means the person who is for the time being the registered holder of the First Tranche Bond and/or the Second Tranche Bond;
    “业务”指的是生产和销售中国公司【及其子公司】的钢轮胎帘布；
    译："Business" means the manufacture and sale of steel tire cord business of the PRC Company [and its subsidiaries];
