    （1）工作范围

    按图纸或说明对钢结构和其他钢制件所作的表面处理和保护性涂层。

    （2）一般要求
    翻译：General requirements
    1）除非另有说明，所有钢结构和其他钢制作件，除那些有特殊要求镀锌不必油漆的部件外，均应受一种在本章中说明的、已被认可了的保护性表处理。
    翻译：Unless otherwise stated, all steel structure and other steel members, except such members that need galvanization instead of coating, shall get protective treatment that is specified and accepted in this section.
    2）表面处理和一切涂料的施用均应严格按照涂料生产推荐的方法进行。
    翻译：Surface treatment and all coating application shall be in strict compliance with coating production methods.
    底漆：涂刷二遍醇酸底漆，面漆：三道醇酸面漆，总厚度=120um。
    翻译：Prime paint: two layers of alkyd paint; top coat: three layers of alkyd paint; total thickness of 120 um.
    （5）工艺

    1）所有涂层操作必须做得整洁而又精巧，应由实践证明在此领域具有经验的人员承担。

    2）每一涂层在表面纹理和颜色上应保持统一，要没有流淌、凹陷和龟裂现象，而且应使其按涂料生产商说明的那样干燥和固化。
    翻译：Each coating shall keep unified in surface streak and color; no flows, hollows or cracks; in addition, the coating shall be dried and hardened in accordance with specifications from the manufacturer.
