[Safety Instructions] 

The system is dedicated test equipment for laboratory. Prior to use, make sure the operator has mastered the steps and special handling method of safe operation, and use it by the correct operation method!

 

一、 1. System operating environment

a) Indoor temperature <60 °C, > -20 °C; non-exposure under the sunshine; 

b) Humidity> 10%, <70%; non-watering or spraying;

c) Non-corrosive environments;

d) When installing the workpiece, avoid collision with external devices or beating it; 

二、 2. System structure

a) System structure

1) Computer control box: including computer cabinet, computer, main electric control cabinet and other ancillary equipment

2) American Standard box: including American Standard box, stand, stepper motors, cylinders and related mechanisms

3) European Standard box: including American Standard box, stand, stepper motors, cylinders and related mechanisms

 

b) Description of key parts and components:

i. The system is driven by the stepper motor, and stepper motor controller is in electrical control box; 

ii. The systems provides multiple security measures, such as, power overload protection, power leakage protection, control power and cleaner power isolation, AC and DC isolation to ensure system safety;

 

三、 3. Operation steps

a) Operation step flowchart

Select the testing standard Hole plate is released.

Set up testing parameters Turn on the next hole plate.

b) Start testing machine power: 

i. Insert the tester power plug into a properly grounded (good grounding specific criteria: when the human body contacts the metal of the tester, a similar feeling of static electricity hit will not occur. Through measuring by a multi-meter, the AC voltage between the equipment metal and the body is lower than 10v) socket, and the maximum withstand power is 2Kw; 

ii. The dust cleaner power will be connected to the specified power outlet;

iii. Open the leakage protection switch of the electrical control box, the system's power is on; open the control computer, and open the power meter power Inspect whether the related equipment is properly displayed. If an error or exception, please switch off the power off and unplug the power plug (unplug the control power and the vacuum plugs) to confirm whether the air switch is opened and whether the fuse is burning, having a professional technician check; meanwhile, recognize that the gas source is turned on, and check whether the compression air is turned on.

c) Open the control software and enter the main interface (below): 

 

 

d) Select 【TestPlatForm】—>【AirPerformance】, select the testing standard, Click on the picture to select the test criteria, and enter the next step. 

 

e) Select the hole position and enter the next step.

 

f) Set up testing parameters, select the testing procedure and enter the next step.

 

g) Confirm the test procedures and related parameter settings, after that, click [Execute] to start the test. The test will be done automatically, without human intervention. To stop the test, click [Stop].

After the test is completed, click [ToExcel] and the test results will be displayed in the form of test report in the Excel table.

The program will automatically save the test results  in a database after the test is completed in order to keep track.

h) In the main interface, click [Query Platform] -> [History Data] to enter historical data query interface.

With the date, number and so on as the conditions, query the test data.

 

 

 

i) In the main interface, click [Settings] -> [Program Edit] to enter the editing interface of test program.

You can write test programs, and also modify and delete the existing test programs.

The test program will be stored in the database.

 

 

j) Click 【Tools】—>【Test Tools】in the main interface to enter the tool interface.

 

1. Parameter query area: You can query the negative pressure, dust cleaner voltage, current, power, frequency, barometric pressure, air temperature and humidity and so on. 

2. Control area of movement mechanism: It can control click rotation in the AB boxes, cylinder actions and dust cleaner power source.

 

k) After the end of the test, please turn off the air supply, computer, dust cleaner power and control box power.

 

四、 4. Safety precautions and problem treatment: 

a) Non-professional operators are not allowed to open the electronic control box to prevent electric shock! Before opening the electrical control box, always confirm that electric control box power is 220v and the dust cleaner power outlets are unplugged; 

b) In exceptional cases, please press the emergency stop button! ! Remember!

c) Turn on switches in the electrical control box. Please be careful not to touch the other part of the circuit, or likely to cause an electric shock!

d) Before start, make sure that there are no extra objects on the test bench.

e) After the test is completed, the system will automatically stop.
