2012年3月3日，我在济南肿瘤医院正忙着，突然北京协和医学院的陆莉娜老师来电：“保法，国务院安成信副秘书长正在济南军区总医院做64排的计算机断层扫描（CT），今天下午他可能找您会诊。他患肝癌已经一年了，现在肝区疼痛。”我当时没当个事儿，心想：这么大的官，找我看病的少，现在还在大医院检查着，一般不会来我医院吧。
