Hello, and thank you for your time today. Let me begin by expressing my sincere sense of excitement as we look at our journey ahead.

Three years ago, we started on our transformation journey under the leadership of Merks Financial Department and PEC of Sorono with one single goal: that was, to materialize our ambition to be a preferred global biopharma company that delivers innovative specialty medicine, leading brands and our high-value solutions.

Since then we have made significant progress. We have successfully managed to accelerate our top line sales. Despite the challenges of market environment and deliverance problem, we have together rebuilt and rebalanced our pipeline. We have also made progress on the daily front, re-licensed highly effective medicines and devices.

We have made considerable progress in establishing a new culture and increasing customer focused performance. And importantly, we have significantly upgraded our talent base across our organization. These progresses are real progresses, progresses on which we must now build to ensure solid basis for profit growth and long-term value creation.

So where do we go from here？In essence, it’s now time to accelerate by building on and sustaining our accelerating momentum. My key message is we must really accelerate across the entire organization and for this, we need to ensure that we are all crystal-clear and fully align on our priorities ahead.
我们该何去何从？从根本上而言，现在正是要加速发展的时候, 我们要不断增强并维持增速发展的势头。我要讲的最重要的一句话是：我们必须在整个企业内部实现真正加速发展，为此，我们必须确保我们所有人都完全清楚，并在处理重要事项时保持步调一致。

We have five-measure priorities. First, improving operating performance Our profit is re-vest, It is not disposed to measure performance level in the short and in the middle term. Therefore it will be of prime importance that we strive for superior commercial performance to cope with increasing competition. This is particularly true in all the multi-players markets, in the established markets, like in the United States and across Europe.

Second, we need to deliver the full potential of our new integrated organization. This is our biggest challenge ahead. We want new products to come into reality. And for this, we have plentiful work ahead of us before reaching our aspiration of one successful of a big year with significantly big sale in the range of hundreds of millions.
第二，我们必须完全挖掘出这个新整合企业的所有潜力，这是我们的一大挑战。我们想要开发新产品，为此，我们面临着很多工作。我们的目标是用数亿元的巨额销售业绩，来迎接新的丰收的一年。

Third, is strengthening our business development outputs to ensure that we fully complement our internal aligned forces in the short, mid and long-term and fully leveraging our global commercial footprint. Business must become an integral part of our long-term strengthening.

Fourth, fixing our manufacturing and supply. We have a very clear roadmap. We have already seen some indications of progress. So we must now press forward and ensure that quality products are delivered on time to fulfill the demand.

We simply cannot afford to not aggressively transform our manufacturing and supply capabilities. Last not the least, as I have mentioned before, we need to continue to strengthen our talent base. Getting the right people in the right positions. All in all, this is a truly exciting times. For me, personally, for my PEC colleagues, and I believe for the whole company.
